Collective Haul #1

Happy Saturday guys! So whilst the teachers were striking last Wednesday me and Brooke decided to go shopping and went a little overboard…whoops! So here is what I bought and Brooke will be doing a separate post with her bits.

Superdrug

The first shop we went in to was Superdrug. I love this shop however I am really unhappy that the shop near us does not sell Sleek makeup anymore! Contrary to that we still go in there and buy stuff so here are the items that we bought.

The first thing I picked up was the MUA mosaic blush in English Rose. I have used this blush for a long time now and I had run out so I needed to repurchase it. It gives the cheeks such a pretty flush and it only cost £2.50. Bargain!

The last two things I picked up are these Barry M nail polishes. I wasn't really after any but seeing them on offer made me have to pick some up. The colours I got are the Gelly in Prickly Pear and one of the new Aquarium polishes in Treasure Chest.

USC

I didn't buy this on this trip but I thought I'd include it anyway. Within USC there is a Firetrap section where I found this bomber jacket. These jackets have been everywhere recently but what I love most about this one is that is navy blue and quite demure compared to others I have seen. It cost £30

Beales

From Beales I bought a Yankee Candle tart. Brooke bought a lot more so they will be over on her haul but I only purchased one. It is in the scent vanilla lime and it smells beyond amazing! It smells like sweets and citrus all rolled in to one and it has fast become one of my favourites.

River Island

Next we went to River Island because we had some gift cards from Christmas. I saw this top when I was looking online so I knew what I wanted when I went in. It is a beautiful floral top with a white peter pan collar and I love it! It is so pretty and girly, and adds colour to any outfit. Plus that back has a low drop which you can just about see in the picture on the right hand side. This cost £30.

Matalan

Finally we went to Matalan which is a shop which me and Brooke both love! We received a catalogue from them last week and after seeing this jacket I knew I had to go and buy it. It is a cargo green and has a waxy feel to it. The toggles and other small details such as the stripy lining make it look more expensive than it is and since we have plenty of Alton Towers trips planned I thought this would be the perfect jacket for that. It costs £32 but for a coat like this I think that's quite a good price.
